Course Overview

You and your community of global learners are the heart of this journey.

This experience is designed to centre as well as stretch you…so we invite you to dig deep.

This is an organic process. What will emerge and how you grow, will come from your love, bravery, boldness, and playfulness.

Linked to the larger context of life:
The i-Catalyst journey nurtures the interdependent self-growth as a foundation – for community progression – that is in alignment with your environment.

Harmonious action:
You’ll also be working on manifesting and bringing your own value-based community project to life.

The intention is for you to then scale your project with impact, enabling people to thrive locally and strengthen interdependent communities.

You’ll complete this journey with inner discovery, and the ability to apply smart actions to support any of the 17 sustainable development goals.

Co-creation:
There’s no separation between you, your fellows, and your mentors.
We’re all here to learn and unlearn from each other.

The amazing hearts and minds of specialised leaders and mentors will facilitate interactive online sessions, share processes and wisdom to guide you.

Throughout the entire journey (and with the on-going intention), you’ll engage with your fellow community.
To support and nurture one another in growing your own project as well as doing collaborative initiatives in between sessions.

Eligibility

i-Catalyst is for you if you’re…

Between 15 – 35 years (primarily for, but not limited to, dependant on your journey).
Extremely motivated to self-learn, grow with others, build deep relationships and initiate movement.
Inspired / already part of championing social and community initiatives for a wholesome world.
Energised and aligned with the concept and processes of driving change.
Grounded, aware, present, living from a place of truth, meaning, and belonging.
Ready to level up and honour your intuitive calling.

Course Structure

Structure
The entire course will be facilitated online.

5 modules are spread out over 5 weeks based on interactive individual and group activities.
There will be x5 2hour live online sessions with leaders, mentors, and facilitators.

It will be a group learning experience of 25 people per batch. You’ll be further broken down into cohorts of 5, for group projects. Upon completion of activities, you’ll then be able to progress to the next module.

During the live sessions, you’ll be able to ask questions, get guidance, and feedback from your mentor coaches and your fellow learners.

Requirements
The sessions are rooted in exploring, practicing, and applying techniques
to expand your skills and support your project.

You’ll be required to self-educate and prepare for the interactive online sessions with the provided resources, handouts, and activities.
2-3 hour of prior pre-work for each session will be needed.

Introductory Session
This will be focused on understanding the course journey, context overview, and how this foundation feeds into the other modules.

Module 1: Unfolding Community Abundance
We’ll create space to nurture the heart of the course – building authentic relationships and experiencing this journey as a collective.

You’ll explore within yourself and come together to learn about each other on a deeper level through engaging creative activities and reflections.

Module 2: Inspiration
Knowing the power we have within ourselves and understanding the gravity of starting from our core, we dedicate an entire module to live this creative essence.

You’ll learn how to be grounded in self-awareness, connect to your intuition, root during turbulence, and strengthen your well-being.
Feel free, at peace, courageous and confident to live from your heart, nurture your limitless potential, and share your gifts.

Module 3: Initiation
You’ll use practices to trust your intuition, initiate from love, and expand with joy to develop and align with your purpose.

Discover how to explore the world for inspiring stories and examples to learn from and grow.
Use the strong sense of your inner guidance and embedded strengths to see problems as opportunities, how to focus and evolve from what is serving.
Learn how to take responsibility, get started, and use your passionate energy towards the larger vision.

Module 4: Integration
You’ll focus on being able to take care of yourself and unblock your superpower without judgment.

Learn creative facilitating and leadership techniques that lead from the heart and encourage creativity.
Practice how to build trust, welcome conversations, catalyse connections, and collaborate with confidence.

Module 5: Innovation
Learn how to apply practical creative tools and processes to your project, to rapidly generate ideas and invent solutions in order to co-create in communities.
